福建省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)新聞(wen)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)局副局長陳忠財(cai)充分(fen)肯(ken)定(ding)了(le)(le)福建省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)物(wu)(wu)發(fa)(fa)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)工作(zuo)，并(bing)對新一屆協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)工作(zuo)提出(chu)(chu)三點希(xi)望(wang)：一是(shi)加強(qiang)(qiang)自(zi)身(shen)建設，增強(qiang)(qiang)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公信(xin)(xin)力(li)和(he)(he)威信(xin)(xin)，建成一個想(xiang)干事(shi)(shi)、會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)干事(shi)(shi)、干成事(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)。二是(shi)充分(fen)發(fa)(fa)揮(hui)各項職能(neng)，切實發(fa)(fa)揮(hui)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)在政策傳(chuan)導(dao)(dao)方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)積極作(zuo)用(yong)。三是(shi)努力(li)把(ba)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)建成出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)物(wu)(wu)發(fa)(fa)行(xing)(xing)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)之家，服(fu)務(wu)好會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)員(yuan)(yuan)單位(wei)，協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)調(diao)(diao)好各會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)員(yuan)(yuan)單位(wei)間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)關(guan)系，協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)調(diao)(diao)好出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)物(wu)(wu)發(fa)(fa)行(xing)(xing)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)和(he)(he)社會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)其(qi)它行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)關(guan)系。海峽出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)發(fa)(fa)行(xing)(xing)集團(tuan)黨委委員(yuan)(yuan)、副總經理(li)(li)林義良代表(biao)(biao)海峽出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)發(fa)(fa)行(xing)(xing)集團(tuan)致開幕(mu)詞，對大會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)召(zhao)開表(biao)(biao)示熱烈祝賀(he)。大會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)聽取并(bing)審議通(tong)過了(le)(le)《福建省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)物(wu)(wu)發(fa)(fa)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)第(di)四屆常務(wu)理(li)(li)事(shi)(shi)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)工作(zuo)報告》、《關(guan)于修改(gai)<福建省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)物(wu)(wu)發(fa)(fa)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)章程(cheng)(cheng)>的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)說明》及其(qi)修改(gai)稿、《福建省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)物(wu)(wu)發(fa)(fa)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)第(di)四屆理(li)(li)事(shi)(shi)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)財(cai)務(wu)收支情況的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)報告》。大會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)一直認(ren)為，第(di)四屆常務(wu)理(li)(li)事(shi)(shi)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)堅(jian)持(chi)(chi)以鄧小平(ping)理(li)(li)論和(he)(he)“三個代表(biao)(biao)”重要思(si)想(xiang)為指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)，深入學習(xi)貫徹(che)科學發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)觀(guan)，在省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)委宣傳(chuan)部、省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)新聞(wen)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)局和(he)(he)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)民間組織管理(li)(li)局的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)領導(dao)(dao)和(he)(he)指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)下，在各會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)員(yuan)(yuan)單位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大力(li)支持(chi)(chi)下，認(ren)真遵循(xun)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)章程(cheng)(cheng)確定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)宗(zong)旨(zhi)和(he)(he)任務(wu)，廣泛團(tuan)結(jie)全體會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)員(yuan)(yuan)，全面加強(qiang)(qiang)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)建設，充分(fen)履行(xing)(xing)協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)職能(neng)，在促進發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)，服(fu)務(wu)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)員(yuan)(yuan)、服(fu)務(wu)社會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)、協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)調(diao)(diao)政府等方面做(zuo)了(le)(le)大量(liang)工作(zuo)，取得了(le)(le)顯著(zhu)成效。且能(neng)嚴格按(an)照《章程(cheng)(cheng)》規定(ding)，遵守各項財(cai)務(wu)規章制度，財(cai)務(wu)處理(li)(li)規范，支出(chu)(chu)清晰，審批手續完(wan)整，管理(li)(li)完(wan)善(shan)。協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)對章程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)修訂順應了(le)(le)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)形勢和(he)(he)需要，符(fu)合國家對社團(tuan)章程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)規定(ding)和(he)(he)本(ben)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實際。

大(da)會(hui)(hui)表決(jue)通(tong)過了(le)(le)《福(fu)建省(sheng)出版(ban)(ban)物發(fa)(fa)行業協會(hui)(hui)第(di)五次會(hui)(hui)員(yuan)代表大(da)會(hui)(hui)選(xuan)(xuan)舉(ju)與聘任(ren)辦(ban)法》，并按(an)照此辦(ban)法，以無記名投票的(de)方(fang)式(shi)，選(xuan)(xuan)舉(ju)產生(sheng)了(le)(le)第(di)五屆(jie)理(li)(li)事51人，常(chang)務(wu)(wu)理(li)(li)事27人，以舉(ju)手表決(jue)的(de)方(fang)式(shi)聘任(ren)理(li)(li)事、常(chang)務(wu)(wu)理(li)(li)事10人。主持福(fu)建新(xin)華(hua)發(fa)(fa)行集團(tuan)工作的(de)海(hai)峽(xia)出版(ban)(ban)發(fa)(fa)行集團(tuan)黨委(wei)委(wei)員(yuan)、副(fu)總(zong)(zong)經理(li)(li)朱(zhu)欣欣以全票當選(xuan)(xuan)福(fu)建省(sheng)出版(ban)(ban)物發(fa)(fa)行業協會(hui)(hui)第(di)五屆(jie)理(li)(li)事會(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)長，福(fu)建新(xin)華(hua)發(fa)(fa)行集團(tuan)黨委(wei)委(wei)員(yuan)、副(fu)總(zong)(zong)經理(li)(li)花驍勇(yong)當選(xuan)(xuan)常(chang)務(wu)(wu)副(fu)會(hui)(hui)長，海(hai)峽(xia)出版(ban)(ban)發(fa)(fa)行集團(tuan)有(you)(you)限(xian)責(ze)任(ren)公(gong)司市場開發(fa)(fa)部(bu)副(fu)主任(ren)張滬平、福(fu)建人民出版(ban)(ban)社(she)有(you)(you)限(xian)責(ze)任(ren)公(gong)司副(fu)總(zong)(zong)經理(li)(li)魏清榮、廈(sha)門外圖(tu)集團(tuan)有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)司常(chang)務(wu)(wu)副(fu)總(zong)(zong)經理(li)(li)申顯揚(yang)、漳(zhang)州市博文(wen)圖(tu)書文(wen)化有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)司董(dong)事長蔡余海(hai)等(deng)同志當選(xuan)(xuan)副(fu)會(hui)(hui)長，省(sheng)發(fa)(fa)協第(di)四(si)屆(jie)秘書長楊彩虹(hong)連(lian)任(ren)第(di)五屆(jie)秘書長。

大會(hui)還聘任(ren)花驍勇(yong)同志為(wei)(wei)新華發(fa)行(xing)(xing)工(gong)作(zuo)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)主(zhu)任(ren)，魏清(qing)榮同志為(wei)(wei)出(chu)版社(she)自辦發(fa)行(xing)(xing)工(gong)作(zuo)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)主(zhu)任(ren)，周貽晉同志為(wei)(wei)郵電發(fa)行(xing)(xing)工(gong)作(zuo)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)主(zhu)任(ren)，黃文玖同志為(wei)(wei)供(gong)銷(xiao)社(she)發(fa)行(xing)(xing)工(gong)作(zuo)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)主(zhu)任(ren)，申顯(xian)揚同志為(wei)(wei)對外交流(liu)工(gong)作(zuo)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)主(zhu)任(ren)，蔡余海同志為(wei)(wei)民營書(shu)業工(gong)作(zuo)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)主(zhu)任(ren)。

大會邀請了兄弟協會的領導蒞會指導，省發協第四屆常務理事、來自全省新華書店系統、出版社系統、郵政系統、供銷系統、對外發行系統及民營書業系統代表近百人參加會議，大會由花驍勇同志主持。（楊彩虹1340）
