履行職責使命 做好發行工作

“十三五”期間,新華書店積(ji)極發揮國有(you)主(zhu)渠道、主(zhu)陣(zhen)地優(you)(you)勢,承擔文(wen)化傳播使命,全力以赴做好重要文(wen)件(jian)文(wen)獻、重點(dian)主(zhu)題出版物(wu)、優(you)(you)秀大眾讀(du)物(wu)等相(xiang)關發行工(gong)作。

這(zhe)5年(nian)(nian)(nian)中(zhong)(zhong),全國(guo)(guo)(guo)各地新華(hua)書(shu)店在門店突(tu)出位(wei)置設立專(zhuan)柜專(zhuan)架,開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)重點出版(ban)物(wu)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)示展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)銷和(he)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)征訂活動(dong)(dong),對讀者購書(shu)給予優惠,取得了顯(xian)著成(cheng)(cheng)效。2016年(nian)(nian)(nian),新華(hua)書(shu)店開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)“習(xi)近(jin)平總書(shu)記系(xi)列重要講話”“慶祝中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)共產(chan)黨成(cheng)(cheng)立95周年(nian)(nian)(nian)”“紀念長(chang)征勝利80周年(nian)(nian)(nian)”等主題(ti)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)示展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)銷活動(dong)(dong);2017年(nian)(nian)(nian),設立黨的十(shi)九(jiu)大文獻展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)銷專(zhuan)區(qu)、專(zhuan)臺、專(zhuan)架;2018年(nian)(nian)(nian),舉辦以“習(xi)近(jin)平新時代中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)特色社會主義思(si)想”“馬克思(si)誕辰(chen)200周年(nian)(nian)(nian)”“改革開放(fang)40周年(nian)(nian)(nian)”等為主題(ti)的專(zhuan)題(ti)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)銷活動(dong)(dong);2019年(nian)(nian)(nian),舉辦“慶祝新中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)成(cheng)(cheng)立70周年(nian)(nian)(nian)”主題(ti)出版(ban)物(wu)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。

“課前(qian)到(dao)(dao)書,人手一冊”是(shi)黨和(he)(he)國家對教(jiao)(jiao)材發行(xing)工作提出的(de)(de)要求,是(shi)中小(xiao)學開(kai)展(zhan)正(zheng)常教(jiao)(jiao)育活動的(de)(de)基本保(bao)障。“十三五”期間,新華書店(dian)將“課前(qian)到(dao)(dao)書”作為重要的(de)(de)政(zheng)治任(ren)務和(he)(he)社會責(ze)任(ren),精心組織,精細操作,以長期積淀的(de)(de)專業服務能(neng)力圓滿完成每季教(jiao)(jiao)材的(de)(de)征訂發行(xing)工作。

“課前到(dao)書”的(de)服(fu)務水平在(zai)“十三五”期間得到(dao)提升,安徽新華(hua)在(zai)這方面領(ling)全國風氣之先。2014年秋季學期,安徽新華(hua)將(jiang)教材配(pei)送從“送書到(dao)校”延伸到(dao)“分書到(dao)班”,2016年又開(kai)始(shi)試(shi)點“服(fu)務到(dao)生”。在(zai)榜樣的(de)示范和帶動下,河南、河北、云南等地的(de)新華(hua)書店,紛紛嘗試(shi)“分書到(dao)班”。

這5年(nian)(nian)中,有兩(liang)個特殊(shu)的年(nian)(nian)份(fen)值得銘記。2017年(nian)(nian)秋季學期(qi),歷經5年(nian)(nian)完成編(bian)審(shen)的統編(bian)三(san)科(ke)教材正式啟用。由于三(san)科(ke)教材編(bian)審(shen)、評議教輔重新申報定價、印刷業減產(chan)限(xian)排等(deng)原因,這一年(nian)(nian)新華(hua)人“課前到書”的時間(jian)空前緊迫,工作(zuo)尤其艱苦。

2020年,新(xin)冠肺炎(yan)疫情來(lai)襲,南方多地遭(zao)遇洪澇災(zai)害,教材教輔發運工作形勢更加(jia)嚴峻。各地新(xin)華人(ren)兌現一(yi)(yi)份承(cheng)諾(nuo),堅守一(yi)(yi)份初心,以堅實行動兌現“課前到書”錚(zheng)錚(zheng)誓言。

承辦地方書展  推動全民閱讀

承辦或協辦各(ge)種書(shu)展,舉辦各(ge)種文化活動,是“十三五”期間新華(hua)書(shu)店推動全民閱讀工作的一個重要方面(mian)。

各地新華(hua)連續多年(nian)承(cheng)辦(ban)或協辦(ban)地方書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan),如上海書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan)、江蘇書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan)、南(nan)(nan)國書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)節(jie)(jie)、深圳讀(du)(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)月、黃山書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)會、山東書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan)、河北省惠(hui)民(min)(min)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)市(shi)、海南(nan)(nan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)節(jie)(jie)、書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)彩(cai)云南(nan)(nan)惠(hui)民(min)(min)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)市(shi)、重慶讀(du)(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)月惠(hui)民(min)(min)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan)、書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)龍江讀(du)(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)節(jie)(jie)、遼寧省全(quan)民(min)(min)閱讀(du)(du)節(jie)(jie)、廣西書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan)、寧波書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan)、海峽讀(du)(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)節(jie)(jie)、天府書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan)等(deng)。還有的新華(hua)走出(chu)當地舉(ju)辦(ban)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan),如福(fu)建新華(hua)赴臺舉(ju)辦(ban)金門書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan),赴俄羅斯、瑞典、挪威、美國、日本等(deng)國家(jia)舉(ju)辦(ban)中國(福(fu)建)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan)銷會。

這些書(shu)(shu)展大(da)大(da)推動了當地的(de)全民閱讀(du)。如(ru)福(fu)建新華2016年承辦的(de)第二(er)屆“世界讀(du)書(shu)(shu)日·海峽讀(du)書(shu)(shu)節”,實(shi)現銷售碼洋3530萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),成為福(fu)州參展規模最大(da)、入場(chang)人(ren)次(ci)最多、銷售收入最高、宣傳效果(guo)最好的(de)一次(ci)群(qun)眾性(xing)閱讀(du)活動。再如(ru)2020河(he)北省(sheng)惠民書(shu)(shu)市(shi),在7天(tian)時(shi)間里,166家新華書(shu)(shu)店上(shang)下聯動,發放(fang)260萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)優惠券(quan),累計銷售各類出版物41.17萬(wan)冊、1896萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),讓利800萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)。

除(chu)了(le)承辦當地(di)書展(zhan),各(ge)地(di)新(xin)(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)還組(zu)織策(ce)劃了(le)豐富多樣的(de)(de)(de)品牌(pai)閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong),形成一道(dao)道(dao)全(quan)民閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)亮麗(li)風景線。歷年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)《報(bao)告書》對此進行了(le)記錄。例(li)如,新(xin)(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)書店總店的(de)(de)(de)“出版界圖書館界全(quan)民閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)年(nian)會”“全(quan)國(guo)(guo)館社高(gao)層論壇”“全(quan)國(guo)(guo)少兒(er)閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)峰(feng)會”,江西新(xin)(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)“朗(lang)讀(du)(du)(du)者”“美(mei)麗(li)中國(guo)(guo)·精彩江西”等誦讀(du)(du)(du)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong),已成品牌(pai)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。海南新(xin)(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)開(kai)設的(de)(de)(de)數十個“新(xin)(xin)(xin)時代經典傳(chuan)習所”,搭建起新(xin)(xin)(xin)時代傳(chuan)播新(xin)(xin)(xin)思(si)想的(de)(de)(de)“新(xin)(xin)(xin)平臺、新(xin)(xin)(xin)陣地(di)、新(xin)(xin)(xin)機制”。內蒙古新(xin)(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)利用旗下發(fa)行網點(dian),通(tong)過鴻(hong)雁(yan)傳(chuan)書(文化(hua)扶貧(pin)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong))、鴻(hong)雁(yan)使者(草原文化(hua)志愿者活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong))、鴻(hong)雁(yan)校園(場景閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)實踐課(ke)堂)、鴻(hong)雁(yan)之家(“學習強國(guo)(guo)”積分兌書)、鴻(hong)雁(yan)誦讀(du)(du)(du)(講我的(de)(de)(de)故事)和鴻(hong)雁(yan)書店(在你身(shen)邊的(de)(de)(de)流(liu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)書房)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)式,推動(dong)(dong)(dong)“鴻(hong)雁(yan)悅讀(du)(du)(du)”深入全(quan)區各(ge)地(di)。

投入人力(li)物力(li)  助力(li)精準扶貧


2021年2月25日(ri),習近平總書記(ji)在全國脫貧(pin)攻(gong)(gong)堅總結表(biao)彰大(da)會上莊嚴(yan)宣告:我國脫貧(pin)攻(gong)(gong)堅戰取得(de)了全面勝利!“十(shi)三五”期間,各地新華書店投入(ru)大(da)量資金和(he)物資,派出一(yi)線扶貧(pin)干(gan)部,通(tong)過開展產(chan)業幫扶、教育文(wen)化幫扶等方式幫助(zhu)扶貧(pin)村脫貧(pin),在國家脫貧(pin)攻(gong)(gong)堅的時代(dai)畫卷(juan)上寫下了一(yi)筆。歷年的《報告書》記(ji)錄了這些數據。

2017年,甘肅新華(hua)、深圳新華(hua)、重慶新華(hua)分(fen)別向對口幫(bang)扶村捐贈240萬元(yuan)、220萬元(yuan)、110萬元(yuan)。河南新華(hua)云(yun)書網(wang)成立扶貧(pin)團隊,提供農副產品網(wang)上銷售服(fu)務,探(tan)索電商(shang)扶貧(pin)新模式(shi)。

2018年,江(jiang)西新(xin)華(hua)對138個(ge)扶貧點(dian)開展幫扶,累計(ji)捐(juan)贈約(yue)500萬元;湖南新(xin)華(hua)參與建設扶貧點(dian)上百個(ge),派駐蹲點(dian)的人員200多人,對口(kou)扶貧人數(shu)達(da)753人;甘肅新(xin)華(hua)為(wei)扶貧村(cun)學(xue)校援建圖書室折(zhe)合人民幣267萬元,為(wei)貧困(kun)戶捐(juan)資捐(juan)物90多萬元;河北(bei)新(xin)華(hua)向貧困(kun)村(cun)派駐干部黨員20余(yu)人,為(wei)貧困(kun)地區(qu)捐(juan)贈物資共(gong)計(ji)232萬元。

2019年,山西新(xin)華118人(ren)駐(zhu)(zhu)村(cun)幫(bang)扶(fu)、486人(ren)結(jie)對(dui)幫(bang)扶(fu),年投(tou)(tou)入資金千余萬元;內蒙(meng)古新(xin)華脫貧(pin)攻(gong)堅戰斗隊加入了12個貧(pin)困村(cun)的(de)駐(zhu)(zhu)村(cun)工作,投(tou)(tou)入資金、財(cai)物百余萬元;甘肅新(xin)華198人(ren)參與精準扶(fu)貧(pin),投(tou)(tou)入扶(fu)貧(pin)資金68萬余元,為貧(pin)困地(di)區捐錢、捐物、捐贈圖(tu)書超(chao)過360萬元。

對于援(yuan)藏、援(yuan)疆(jiang)、援(yuan)青(qing)的(de)(de)國家重(zhong)(zhong)點項(xiang)目,新華(hua)書店(dian)(dian)更是(shi)(shi)高度重(zhong)(zhong)視(shi),落實(shi)到位。2018年(nian),新華(hua)書店(dian)(dian)總(zong)店(dian)(dian)派員參(can)加青(qing)海扶貧工作,籌措資(zi)金(jin)500余萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),修建(jian)一(yi)條27公里長的(de)(de)砂石路和一(yi)座(zuo)44米長的(de)(de)涵橋;2017年(nian),江蘇新華(hua)對口援(yuan)藏、援(yuan)疆(jiang)圖書近200萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan);福建(jian)新華(hua)2017年(nian)捐贈的(de)(de)1000萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)圖書中(zhong)(zhong),相當一(yi)部分是(shi)(shi)對口支援(yuan)西藏的(de)(de);北京新華(hua)2017年(nian)捐贈的(de)(de)91萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)圖書中(zhong)(zhong),援(yuan)藏占了相當比(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)。

24小(xiao)時(shi)書店(dian)建設成風潮。從2014年(nian)(nian)北京(jing)三聯韜奮書店(dian)運行24小(xiao)時(shi)不打(da)烊之后,全(quan)國各地掀起24小(xiao)時(shi)書店(dian)的(de)建設風潮,從當年(nian)(nian)一(yi)(yi)直(zhi)延(yan)續(xu)到“十三五”時(shi)期。這其中不少是新(xin)華(hua)(hua)書店(dian)創辦的(de),如遼寧(ning)盤錦新(xin)華(hua)(hua)的(de)深柳讀書堂、杭州新(xin)華(hua)(hua)的(de)悅覽樹、青島新(xin)華(hua)(hua)的(de)明閱(yue)島、湖(hu)北新(xin)華(hua)(hua)的(de)九丘(qiu)書館(guan)、安徽新(xin)華(hua)(hua)的(de)三孝口書店(dian)、四川新(xin)華(hua)(hua)的(de)軒客會鏜(tang)鈀街店(dian)等。這些(xie)24小(xiao)時(shi)書店(dian)成為夜(ye)幕降臨后當地不可多(duo)得的(de)公共(gong)閱(yue)讀空間,也以一(yi)(yi)種地標式的(de)存在彰顯著(zhu)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)城市(shi)的(de)文化底(di)蘊(yun)。新(xin)華(hua)(hua)系(xi)(xi)(xi)24小(xiao)時(shi)書店(dian)的(de)建設數(shu)量,從歷年(nian)(nian)《報告書》可見一(yi)(yi)斑:2013年(nian)(nian)—2015年(nian)(nian),全(quan)國新(xin)華(hua)(hua)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統開(kai)設24小(xiao)時(shi)書店(dian)20余家;2016年(nian)(nian),僅江蘇新(xin)華(hua)(hua)就開(kai)設6家24小(xiao)時(shi)書店(dian);2017年(nian)(nian),新(xin)華(hua)(hua)系(xi)(xi)(xi)的(de)24小(xiao)時(shi)書店(dian)新(xin)增13家。
