履行職責使命 做好發行工作

“十(shi)三(san)五”期間,新華書(shu)店積極(ji)發(fa)揮國有主(zhu)渠道(dao)、主(zhu)陣地優勢(shi),承擔文化(hua)傳播使命(ming),全力以赴做好重(zhong)要文件(jian)文獻、重(zhong)點主(zhu)題出版物(wu)、優秀大眾(zhong)讀物(wu)等相關發(fa)行工作。

這5年(nian)中(zhong),全國(guo)各(ge)地新(xin)華(hua)書(shu)店(dian)(dian)在門店(dian)(dian)突出(chu)位置(zhi)設立(li)(li)專柜專架(jia),開展(zhan)重(zhong)點出(chu)版(ban)物(wu)展(zhan)示(shi)展(zhan)銷和宣傳征訂活(huo)動,對(dui)讀者購書(shu)給予(yu)優惠,取得了(le)顯(xian)著成(cheng)效。2016年(nian),新(xin)華(hua)書(shu)店(dian)(dian)開展(zhan)“習近(jin)平總書(shu)記系列重(zhong)要講話”“慶祝(zhu)中(zhong)國(guo)共產黨(dang)成(cheng)立(li)(li)95周(zhou)(zhou)年(nian)”“紀念長征勝利80周(zhou)(zhou)年(nian)”等主題展(zhan)示(shi)展(zhan)銷活(huo)動;2017年(nian),設立(li)(li)黨(dang)的(de)十九大文獻展(zhan)銷專區(qu)、專臺、專架(jia);2018年(nian),舉(ju)辦(ban)以(yi)“習近(jin)平新(xin)時代中(zhong)國(guo)特色社會主義思想”“馬克思誕(dan)辰200周(zhou)(zhou)年(nian)”“改革開放40周(zhou)(zhou)年(nian)”等為主題的(de)專題展(zhan)銷活(huo)動;2019年(nian),舉(ju)辦(ban)“慶祝(zhu)新(xin)中(zhong)國(guo)成(cheng)立(li)(li)70周(zhou)(zhou)年(nian)”主題出(chu)版(ban)物(wu)展(zhan)。

“課前到(dao)書,人手一冊”是黨和國家(jia)對教(jiao)材發行工作(zuo)提出(chu)的(de)要求,是中小(xiao)學開(kai)展正常教(jiao)育活(huo)動的(de)基(ji)本保障。“十三五”期間,新(xin)華書店將“課前到(dao)書”作(zuo)為重(zhong)要的(de)政治任(ren)務和社(she)會責任(ren),精(jing)心(xin)組織,精(jing)細操作(zuo),以長期積淀的(de)專業服(fu)務能力(li)圓滿(man)完成(cheng)每季教(jiao)材的(de)征(zheng)訂發行工作(zuo)。

“課前(qian)到(dao)書(shu)”的服(fu)(fu)務(wu)水平在“十(shi)三五”期間(jian)得(de)到(dao)提升,安(an)徽新(xin)華(hua)在這方面領全國風(feng)氣之(zhi)先。2014年秋季學(xue)期,安(an)徽新(xin)華(hua)將教材(cai)配送(song)從“送(song)書(shu)到(dao)校”延伸到(dao)“分(fen)書(shu)到(dao)班”,2016年又開始試點“服(fu)(fu)務(wu)到(dao)生”。在榜(bang)樣的示范和(he)帶動下,河南(nan)、河北(bei)、云南(nan)等地的新(xin)華(hua)書(shu)店,紛紛嘗(chang)試“分(fen)書(shu)到(dao)班”。

2020年(nian),新冠肺炎疫情來襲,南方多地(di)遭遇洪澇(lao)災(zai)害,教(jiao)材(cai)教(jiao)輔發運工作形勢(shi)更加(jia)嚴峻。各地(di)新華(hua)人(ren)兌現一份(fen)承諾,堅守(shou)一份(fen)初心(xin),以堅實行動(dong)兌現“課前到書”錚(zheng)錚(zheng)誓(shi)言。

承辦地方(fang)書展  推動全民閱讀

承(cheng)辦或協辦各種書(shu)(shu)展,舉辦各種文化活動,是“十三(san)五”期間新華(hua)書(shu)(shu)店(dian)推動全民(min)閱讀工(gong)作的一個重要方面。

這些書(shu)展大(da)大(da)推動了當地(di)的(de)(de)全民閱讀。如福(fu)建新華2016年承辦(ban)的(de)(de)第二(er)屆“世界讀書(shu)日·海(hai)峽讀書(shu)節”,實(shi)現銷(xiao)售碼(ma)洋3530萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),成為(wei)福(fu)州參展規模(mo)最大(da)、入(ru)場人次(ci)最多、銷(xiao)售收入(ru)最高、宣傳效果(guo)最好的(de)(de)一次(ci)群眾性閱讀活動。再如2020河北(bei)省惠(hui)民書(shu)市,在7天時間里(li),166家新華書(shu)店(dian)上下聯動,發放260萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)優(you)惠(hui)券,累計銷(xiao)售各類(lei)出版(ban)物41.17萬(wan)冊、1896萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),讓利800萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)。

除(chu)了承(cheng)辦(ban)當地書(shu)(shu)展,各(ge)地新(xin)華(hua)還組(zu)織策劃了豐富多(duo)樣的(de)(de)品(pin)牌(pai)(pai)閱讀(du)(du)(du)活動(dong),形成一道(dao)道(dao)全(quan)民閱讀(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)亮麗風景線(xian)。歷年的(de)(de)《報告書(shu)(shu)》對此進行了記錄(lu)。例如,新(xin)華(hua)書(shu)(shu)店(dian)總店(dian)的(de)(de)“出版界圖書(shu)(shu)館界全(quan)民閱讀(du)(du)(du)年會(hui)”“全(quan)國館社高層論壇”“全(quan)國少兒閱讀(du)(du)(du)峰會(hui)”,江(jiang)西(xi)新(xin)華(hua)的(de)(de)“朗(lang)讀(du)(du)(du)者”“美麗中國·精彩(cai)江(jiang)西(xi)”等(deng)誦讀(du)(du)(du)活動(dong),已(yi)成品(pin)牌(pai)(pai)活動(dong)。海南新(xin)華(hua)開設的(de)(de)數十個“新(xin)時代經典傳習所”,搭建起(qi)新(xin)時代傳播新(xin)思想的(de)(de)“新(xin)平臺、新(xin)陣地、新(xin)機(ji)制”。內蒙(meng)古新(xin)華(hua)利用旗下發行網點,通過鴻雁(yan)傳書(shu)(shu)(文(wen)(wen)化扶貧活動(dong))、鴻雁(yan)使者(草(cao)原(yuan)文(wen)(wen)化志愿者活動(dong))、鴻雁(yan)校園(yuan)(場景閱讀(du)(du)(du)實踐課(ke)堂)、鴻雁(yan)之家(“學(xue)習強(qiang)國”積(ji)分(fen)兌書(shu)(shu))、鴻雁(yan)誦讀(du)(du)(du)(講(jiang)我(wo)的(de)(de)故事(shi))和鴻雁(yan)書(shu)(shu)店(dian)(在你身邊的(de)(de)流動(dong)書(shu)(shu)房)的(de)(de)方(fang)式,推動(dong)“鴻雁(yan)悅讀(du)(du)(du)”深入(ru)全(quan)區各(ge)地。

投入人力物(wu)力  助力精準扶貧


2021年(nian)2月25日(ri),習近(jin)平總(zong)書(shu)記在全國脫(tuo)貧(pin)(pin)攻(gong)(gong)堅(jian)總(zong)結表彰大會上莊(zhuang)嚴(yan)宣告:我國脫(tuo)貧(pin)(pin)攻(gong)(gong)堅(jian)戰取(qu)得了(le)全面勝利(li)!“十(shi)三五”期間,各(ge)地新華書(shu)店投(tou)入大量資金和物資,派出一線(xian)扶(fu)貧(pin)(pin)干部,通(tong)過開(kai)展產業幫(bang)扶(fu)、教(jiao)育文(wen)化幫(bang)扶(fu)等方式幫(bang)助扶(fu)貧(pin)(pin)村脫(tuo)貧(pin)(pin),在國家脫(tuo)貧(pin)(pin)攻(gong)(gong)堅(jian)的時代畫卷上寫下了(le)一筆(bi)。歷(li)年(nian)的《報(bao)告書(shu)》記錄了(le)這些(xie)數據。

2017年(nian),甘肅新(xin)華、深圳(zhen)新(xin)華、重慶新(xin)華分別向對口(kou)幫扶(fu)村(cun)捐(juan)贈(zeng)240萬(wan)(wan)元、220萬(wan)(wan)元、110萬(wan)(wan)元。河南新(xin)華云(yun)書(shu)網成立(li)扶(fu)貧(pin)團隊(dui),提供農(nong)副產品網上(shang)銷(xiao)售服務,探(tan)索電商(shang)扶(fu)貧(pin)新(xin)模(mo)式(shi)。

2018年,江西新華(hua)對138個扶(fu)貧(pin)點開(kai)展幫(bang)扶(fu),累計捐(juan)贈約500萬元(yuan)(yuan);湖南新華(hua)參與建(jian)設扶(fu)貧(pin)點上百個,派駐蹲點的人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)200多人(ren)(ren),對口(kou)扶(fu)貧(pin)人(ren)(ren)數達753人(ren)(ren);甘肅新華(hua)為(wei)扶(fu)貧(pin)村學校援建(jian)圖(tu)書(shu)室折合人(ren)(ren)民幣267萬元(yuan)(yuan),為(wei)貧(pin)困戶捐(juan)資(zi)捐(juan)物(wu)90多萬元(yuan)(yuan);河北新華(hua)向(xiang)貧(pin)困村派駐干(gan)部黨員(yuan)20余人(ren)(ren),為(wei)貧(pin)困地區捐(juan)贈物(wu)資(zi)共(gong)計232萬元(yuan)(yuan)。

2019年,山西新華(hua)118人駐(zhu)村(cun)幫扶(fu)、486人結(jie)對(dui)幫扶(fu),年投(tou)(tou)入(ru)(ru)資金千余萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan);內蒙(meng)古新華(hua)脫貧(pin)攻堅戰斗隊加入(ru)(ru)了12個貧(pin)困村(cun)的駐(zhu)村(cun)工作(zuo),投(tou)(tou)入(ru)(ru)資金、財物百余萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan);甘(gan)肅新華(hua)198人參與精準扶(fu)貧(pin),投(tou)(tou)入(ru)(ru)扶(fu)貧(pin)資金68萬(wan)(wan)(wan)余元(yuan)(yuan),為貧(pin)困地(di)區捐(juan)錢、捐(juan)物、捐(juan)贈圖書超過360萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)。

對于(yu)援(yuan)(yuan)藏(zang)(zang)、援(yuan)(yuan)疆、援(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)的國(guo)家(jia)重點(dian)項目,新華(hua)(hua)書(shu)店更是高度重視,落(luo)實到位。2018年(nian),新華(hua)(hua)書(shu)店總店派員參加(jia)青(qing)海(hai)扶貧工作,籌措資金500余(yu)萬元(yuan)(yuan),修建一條(tiao)27公里長的砂石路和(he)一座44米長的涵橋;2017年(nian),江蘇新華(hua)(hua)對口援(yuan)(yuan)藏(zang)(zang)、援(yuan)(yuan)疆圖書(shu)近200萬元(yuan)(yuan);福建新華(hua)(hua)2017年(nian)捐贈(zeng)的1000萬元(yuan)(yuan)圖書(shu)中,相當一部(bu)分是對口支(zhi)援(yuan)(yuan)西藏(zang)(zang)的;北京新華(hua)(hua)2017年(nian)捐贈(zeng)的91萬元(yuan)(yuan)圖書(shu)中,援(yuan)(yuan)藏(zang)(zang)占(zhan)了相當比重。
