履行職責使命 做好發行工作

“十三五(wu)”期間,新華書(shu)店積(ji)極發揮國有主渠道、主陣地優勢(shi),承(cheng)擔文(wen)化傳播使命,全(quan)力以赴做好重要文(wen)件文(wen)獻、重點主題出版物(wu)、優秀(xiu)大眾讀物(wu)等相關發行工作。

這5年(nian)中,全國各地新(xin)(xin)華書(shu)店(dian)在(zai)門(men)店(dian)突出位(wei)置設(she)立(li)專(zhuan)(zhuan)柜專(zhuan)(zhuan)架,開展(zhan)(zhan)重(zhong)點出版物(wu)展(zhan)(zhan)示展(zhan)(zhan)銷和宣傳征(zheng)訂活動,對讀(du)者(zhe)購書(shu)給(gei)予優惠(hui),取得了顯著成(cheng)效(xiao)。2016年(nian),新(xin)(xin)華書(shu)店(dian)開展(zhan)(zhan)“習(xi)近平總書(shu)記系(xi)列(lie)重(zhong)要講(jiang)話”“慶祝中國共產黨(dang)成(cheng)立(li)95周年(nian)”“紀念長征(zheng)勝利80周年(nian)”等(deng)主(zhu)題展(zhan)(zhan)示展(zhan)(zhan)銷活動;2017年(nian),設(she)立(li)黨(dang)的(de)十(shi)九大文(wen)獻展(zhan)(zhan)銷專(zhuan)(zhuan)區(qu)、專(zhuan)(zhuan)臺、專(zhuan)(zhuan)架;2018年(nian),舉辦(ban)以“習(xi)近平新(xin)(xin)時(shi)代中國特(te)色社會主(zhu)義(yi)思(si)(si)想”“馬克(ke)思(si)(si)誕(dan)辰200周年(nian)”“改(gai)革開放40周年(nian)”等(deng)為主(zhu)題的(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題展(zhan)(zhan)銷活動;2019年(nian),舉辦(ban)“慶祝新(xin)(xin)中國成(cheng)立(li)70周年(nian)”主(zhu)題出版物(wu)展(zhan)(zhan)。

“課前到(dao)(dao)書,人手(shou)一冊(ce)”是(shi)黨和國家對教材發(fa)行(xing)工作(zuo)提出的(de)要(yao)求,是(shi)中小學開(kai)展正常(chang)教育活動(dong)的(de)基本保障(zhang)。“十三五(wu)”期(qi)間,新華(hua)書店將“課前到(dao)(dao)書”作(zuo)為重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)政(zheng)治(zhi)任(ren)務(wu)和社會(hui)責(ze)任(ren),精(jing)心組(zu)織,精(jing)細操(cao)作(zuo),以長期(qi)積淀的(de)專(zhuan)業服務(wu)能力圓(yuan)滿完成每季教材的(de)征訂(ding)發(fa)行(xing)工作(zuo)。

“課前(qian)到(dao)(dao)書(shu)”的服務水平在“十三五”期(qi)間得到(dao)(dao)提升,安(an)徽新華(hua)在這方面領全國風氣之先。2014年(nian)秋季學期(qi),安(an)徽新華(hua)將教材(cai)配送從“送書(shu)到(dao)(dao)校”延伸到(dao)(dao)“分(fen)書(shu)到(dao)(dao)班(ban)”,2016年(nian)又開始試(shi)點“服務到(dao)(dao)生”。在榜樣的示范(fan)和帶動下,河南、河北、云南等地的新華(hua)書(shu)店(dian),紛紛嘗試(shi)“分(fen)書(shu)到(dao)(dao)班(ban)”。

這5年中,有兩個特殊的年份值(zhi)得(de)銘(ming)記。2017年秋季學期(qi),歷經5年完成編(bian)審(shen)的統編(bian)三科教(jiao)材正式啟用。由(you)于三科教(jiao)材編(bian)審(shen)、評議(yi)教(jiao)輔重新(xin)申報(bao)定價(jia)、印刷業減產限排等原因(yin),這一年新(xin)華(hua)人“課(ke)前到書”的時間空前緊迫,工(gong)作尤(you)其(qi)艱苦(ku)。

2020年(nian),新冠(guan)肺炎疫情來襲(xi),南(nan)方(fang)多地遭(zao)遇洪(hong)澇(lao)災害,教材(cai)教輔發運(yun)工作形勢(shi)更加嚴峻。各地新華(hua)人兌現(xian)(xian)一份承(cheng)諾,堅守一份初心,以堅實行動兌現(xian)(xian)“課前到書”錚(zheng)錚(zheng)誓(shi)言。

承辦地(di)方書展  推動全(quan)民(min)閱讀

承辦或協(xie)辦各種書展,舉辦各種文化活動,是“十三五”期間新華書店(dian)推動全(quan)民閱讀工作的一個重要方(fang)面(mian)。

各地新(xin)(xin)華連續多年承辦(ban)(ban)(ban)或協辦(ban)(ban)(ban)地方書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展,如(ru)(ru)上海書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展、江蘇書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展、南(nan)國(guo)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)節(jie)、深圳讀(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)月(yue)、黃山(shan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)會、山(shan)東書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展、河北省惠(hui)民(min)(min)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)市、海南(nan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)節(jie)、書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)彩(cai)云南(nan)惠(hui)民(min)(min)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)市、重慶讀(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)月(yue)惠(hui)民(min)(min)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展、書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)龍江讀(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)節(jie)、遼寧(ning)省全民(min)(min)閱讀(du)節(jie)、廣(guang)西書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展、寧(ning)波書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展、海峽讀(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)節(jie)、天府書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展等。還有的(de)新(xin)(xin)華走(zou)出當(dang)地舉辦(ban)(ban)(ban)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展,如(ru)(ru)福(fu)建新(xin)(xin)華赴臺舉辦(ban)(ban)(ban)金門書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展,赴俄羅斯、瑞典、挪威(wei)、美國(guo)、日本等國(guo)家(jia)舉辦(ban)(ban)(ban)中國(guo)(福(fu)建)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展銷會。

這些(xie)書(shu)展大大推動了當地的全(quan)民閱讀(du)(du)。如(ru)福建新(xin)華2016年承辦(ban)的第二(er)屆“世(shi)界讀(du)(du)書(shu)日·海峽(xia)讀(du)(du)書(shu)節”,實現銷(xiao)售(shou)碼(ma)洋3530萬元(yuan),成為福州參(can)展規(gui)模最(zui)大、入(ru)場(chang)人次最(zui)多、銷(xiao)售(shou)收(shou)入(ru)最(zui)高(gao)、宣傳效(xiao)果最(zui)好(hao)的一次群眾(zhong)性(xing)閱讀(du)(du)活動。再如(ru)2020河(he)北(bei)省惠民書(shu)市,在7天時間里,166家新(xin)華書(shu)店上(shang)下聯動,發(fa)放260萬元(yuan)優惠券,累計銷(xiao)售(shou)各(ge)類出版物41.17萬冊、1896萬元(yuan),讓利800萬元(yuan)。

除了(le)承辦(ban)當地(di)書(shu)(shu)(shu)展,各地(di)新(xin)華(hua)還組織策劃(hua)了(le)豐富多樣的(de)品牌(pai)閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong),形成一(yi)道道全民閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)的(de)亮麗風景線。歷(li)年的(de)《報(bao)告書(shu)(shu)(shu)》對此進(jin)行了(le)記錄。例(li)如,新(xin)華(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)店總店的(de)“出(chu)版界圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館界全民閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)年會”“全國館社高層論壇”“全國少兒閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)峰會”,江西新(xin)華(hua)的(de)“朗讀(du)者”“美麗中(zhong)國·精(jing)彩江西”等誦讀(du)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong),已成品牌(pai)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。海南新(xin)華(hua)開設的(de)數(shu)十個“新(xin)時代經典傳(chuan)習(xi)所”,搭建起新(xin)時代傳(chuan)播新(xin)思(si)想的(de)“新(xin)平臺、新(xin)陣地(di)、新(xin)機制”。內(nei)蒙古新(xin)華(hua)利用(yong)旗下發行網點(dian),通過鴻(hong)雁(yan)傳(chuan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(文化(hua)扶貧活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong))、鴻(hong)雁(yan)使者(草(cao)原文化(hua)志愿者活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong))、鴻(hong)雁(yan)校園(場景閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)實踐課堂)、鴻(hong)雁(yan)之(zhi)家(“學習(xi)強(qiang)國”積分兌書(shu)(shu)(shu))、鴻(hong)雁(yan)誦讀(du)(講我的(de)故事)和鴻(hong)雁(yan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)店(在(zai)你身邊的(de)流動(dong)(dong)(dong)書(shu)(shu)(shu)房(fang))的(de)方式,推(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)“鴻(hong)雁(yan)悅讀(du)”深(shen)入全區(qu)各地(di)。

投(tou)入(ru)人(ren)力物力  助力精(jing)準扶貧


2021年2月25日,習近(jin)平總書記(ji)(ji)在全國(guo)脫(tuo)貧(pin)(pin)攻(gong)堅(jian)總結表(biao)彰大會上莊(zhuang)嚴宣告(gao):我國(guo)脫(tuo)貧(pin)(pin)攻(gong)堅(jian)戰(zhan)取得了全面勝(sheng)利!“十三五”期間,各地新華(hua)書店投入大量(liang)資金和物資,派出一線扶(fu)貧(pin)(pin)干部(bu),通過(guo)開展(zhan)產業幫(bang)扶(fu)、教育文化幫(bang)扶(fu)等方式(shi)幫(bang)助(zhu)扶(fu)貧(pin)(pin)村(cun)脫(tuo)貧(pin)(pin),在國(guo)家脫(tuo)貧(pin)(pin)攻(gong)堅(jian)的時代畫卷上寫下了一筆。歷年的《報告(gao)書》記(ji)(ji)錄了這些數據(ju)。

2017年(nian),甘肅新(xin)(xin)(xin)華、深圳新(xin)(xin)(xin)華、重慶新(xin)(xin)(xin)華分別向對(dui)口幫扶(fu)(fu)村(cun)捐贈240萬元、220萬元、110萬元。河南新(xin)(xin)(xin)華云(yun)書網(wang)成(cheng)立(li)扶(fu)(fu)貧團隊,提供農副產品網(wang)上(shang)銷售服務(wu),探索電商(shang)扶(fu)(fu)貧新(xin)(xin)(xin)模式。

2018年,江西新華(hua)(hua)對(dui)138個(ge)扶貧(pin)(pin)點開展幫扶,累計(ji)捐(juan)(juan)贈約(yue)500萬(wan)元;湖南新華(hua)(hua)參與建設扶貧(pin)(pin)點上(shang)百個(ge),派駐蹲點的人(ren)(ren)員200多人(ren)(ren),對(dui)口扶貧(pin)(pin)人(ren)(ren)數達753人(ren)(ren);甘(gan)肅新華(hua)(hua)為(wei)扶貧(pin)(pin)村學校援建圖書(shu)室折合(he)人(ren)(ren)民幣267萬(wan)元,為(wei)貧(pin)(pin)困戶捐(juan)(juan)資(zi)(zi)捐(juan)(juan)物(wu)90多萬(wan)元;河(he)北新華(hua)(hua)向(xiang)貧(pin)(pin)困村派駐干部黨(dang)員20余人(ren)(ren),為(wei)貧(pin)(pin)困地區(qu)捐(juan)(juan)贈物(wu)資(zi)(zi)共計(ji)232萬(wan)元。

2019年,山西(xi)新(xin)華118人駐村(cun)(cun)幫扶(fu)、486人結對幫扶(fu),年投入(ru)(ru)資(zi)(zi)金千余萬元(yuan);內蒙古新(xin)華脫(tuo)貧(pin)(pin)攻堅戰斗隊加入(ru)(ru)了12個貧(pin)(pin)困村(cun)(cun)的(de)駐村(cun)(cun)工作(zuo),投入(ru)(ru)資(zi)(zi)金、財物百余萬元(yuan);甘(gan)肅新(xin)華198人參與精(jing)準扶(fu)貧(pin)(pin),投入(ru)(ru)扶(fu)貧(pin)(pin)資(zi)(zi)金68萬余元(yuan),為貧(pin)(pin)困地區捐錢、捐物、捐贈圖書超過360萬元(yuan)。

對(dui)于援(yuan)藏、援(yuan)疆、援(yuan)青的(de)(de)(de)國家重(zhong)點項(xiang)目,新華書店(dian)更是高度(du)重(zhong)視,落實到位。2018年(nian),新華書店(dian)總(zong)店(dian)派(pai)員參加(jia)青海扶貧工作,籌措資金500余萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),修建一(yi)條27公里(li)長(chang)的(de)(de)(de)砂石路和一(yi)座44米長(chang)的(de)(de)(de)涵橋;2017年(nian),江蘇(su)新華對(dui)口(kou)援(yuan)藏、援(yuan)疆圖書近(jin)200萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan);福建新華2017年(nian)捐(juan)贈的(de)(de)(de)1000萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)圖書中,相當一(yi)部(bu)分是對(dui)口(kou)支(zhi)援(yuan)西(xi)藏的(de)(de)(de);北(bei)京新華2017年(nian)捐(juan)贈的(de)(de)(de)91萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)圖書中,援(yuan)藏占了(le)相當比重(zhong)。

“十三五”新(xin)華系實體(ti)書店發展六大風標(biao)

“十三五(wu)”期(qi)(qi)間(jian),在中(zhong)宣(xuan)部(bu)(bu)等11部(bu)(bu)委《關(guan)于(yu)支持實體(ti)(ti)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)發(fa)(fa)展的指導意見》等利(li)好政策(ce)推動下(xia),實體(ti)(ti)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)得到快速(su)發(fa)(fa)展。根據中(zhong)國(guo)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)協會發(fa)(fa)布的2016年—2019年《中(zhong)國(guo)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)社會責任報(bao)告(gao)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)》(以下(xia)簡(jian)稱《報(bao)告(gao)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)》),以及《中(zhong)國(guo)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)聞出(chu)(chu)版廣(guang)電報(bao)》記者近年來對行(xing)業的觀察,我們梳理(li)和盤點出(chu)(chu)“十三五(wu)”期(qi)(qi)間(jian)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)系實體(ti)(ti)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)發(fa)(fa)展的六(liu)大風標。從中(zhong)可見,“十三五(wu)”期(qi)(qi)間(jian),各地新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)分別(bie)從大書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)城、標志性門店(dian)、特色書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)、社區網點等多(duo)層面進(jin)行(xing)規劃,形成“大中(zhong)小(xiao)特”書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)并舉的圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)發(fa)(fa)行(xing)體(ti)(ti)系,創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)了(le)實體(ti)(ti)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)的發(fa)(fa)展之路(lu)。

門店升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)改(gai)造(zao)持(chi)續進行。從歷年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)《報告書》可見,“十三五(wu)”期(qi)間(jian),各地新(xin)(xin)(xin)華書店繼續加大(da)門店升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)改(gai)造(zao)力(li)度,為讀者提供綜合性(xing)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化消費終(zhong)端(duan)體驗,使得新(xin)(xin)(xin)華書店以全(quan)(quan)新(xin)(xin)(xin)面貌出現在公眾(zhong)面前。以2017年(nian)(nian)為例,廣東(dong)新(xin)(xin)(xin)華、浙江新(xin)(xin)(xin)華、山東(dong)新(xin)(xin)(xin)華、湖南新(xin)(xin)(xin)華升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)改(gai)造(zao)書城(cheng)(cheng)、門店的(de)(de)數(shu)量分別為 73處、26處、23處、23處。浙江新(xin)(xin)(xin)華2016年(nian)(nian)新(xin)(xin)(xin)開(kai)業了黃巖書城(cheng)(cheng),全(quan)(quan)新(xin)(xin)(xin)改(gai)造(zao)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)麗水書城(cheng)(cheng)、柯橋書城(cheng)(cheng)、余杭文(wen)(wen)(wen)化廣場等設(she)計感強、時尚潮流(liu)的(de)(de)閱讀文(wen)(wen)(wen)化空(kong)間(jian)。福建新(xin)(xin)(xin)華2016年(nian)(nian)完成(cheng)(cheng)總部(bu)鰲峰(feng)坊書城(cheng)(cheng)、福州金山圖書城(cheng)(cheng)等15家賣場的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)建或升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)改(gai)造(zao)。江蘇新(xin)(xin)(xin)華2017年(nian)(nian)全(quan)(quan)省網點(dian)同(tong)比上年(nian)(nian)增加376處,打造(zao)了一批品種齊全(quan)(quan)、業態豐富的(de)(de)城(cheng)(cheng)市文(wen)(wen)(wen)化綜合體。天津新(xin)(xin)(xin)華2019年(nian)(nian)完成(cheng)(cheng)全(quan)(quan)部(bu)200個閱讀新(xin)(xin)(xin)空(kong)間(jian)建設(she),改(gai)造(zao)后的(de)(de)書店年(nian)(nian)銷售額提升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)10%。
