履行職責使命 做好發行工作

“十三五”期間,新華書店(dian)積極發(fa)揮國有主(zhu)(zhu)渠道、主(zhu)(zhu)陣地優勢,承擔文(wen)化傳(chuan)播使命,全力(li)以(yi)赴(fu)做好重要文(wen)件文(wen)獻、重點主(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)出版物、優秀大眾讀物等相(xiang)關發(fa)行工(gong)作。

這5年(nian)(nian)(nian)中(zhong),全國各(ge)地新(xin)華書店(dian)(dian)在門店(dian)(dian)突出(chu)(chu)位置設(she)(she)立(li)專(zhuan)(zhuan)柜專(zhuan)(zhuan)架,開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)重(zhong)點出(chu)(chu)版(ban)物展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)示(shi)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)(xiao)和宣傳征(zheng)訂(ding)活動,對讀者購(gou)書給予優惠,取得了(le)顯著成(cheng)(cheng)效。2016年(nian)(nian)(nian),新(xin)華書店(dian)(dian)開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)“習近(jin)平總書記系列重(zhong)要講話(hua)”“慶祝中(zhong)國共產(chan)黨(dang)成(cheng)(cheng)立(li)95周(zhou)年(nian)(nian)(nian)”“紀念長(chang)征(zheng)勝(sheng)利(li)80周(zhou)年(nian)(nian)(nian)”等(deng)主題(ti)(ti)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)示(shi)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)(xiao)活動;2017年(nian)(nian)(nian),設(she)(she)立(li)黨(dang)的(de)十九大文獻展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)(xiao)專(zhuan)(zhuan)區、專(zhuan)(zhuan)臺、專(zhuan)(zhuan)架;2018年(nian)(nian)(nian),舉辦以“習近(jin)平新(xin)時代中(zhong)國特色社會(hui)主義思想”“馬(ma)克思誕辰(chen)200周(zhou)年(nian)(nian)(nian)”“改革(ge)開(kai)放(fang)40周(zhou)年(nian)(nian)(nian)”等(deng)為(wei)主題(ti)(ti)的(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)(xiao)活動;2019年(nian)(nian)(nian),舉辦“慶祝新(xin)中(zhong)國成(cheng)(cheng)立(li)70周(zhou)年(nian)(nian)(nian)”主題(ti)(ti)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)物展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。

“課(ke)前到(dao)書(shu),人(ren)手一(yi)冊”是(shi)(shi)黨和國家對教(jiao)材發行工(gong)作(zuo)提(ti)出(chu)的(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),是(shi)(shi)中小(xiao)學開展(zhan)正(zheng)常(chang)教(jiao)育活動的(de)基(ji)本(ben)保(bao)障(zhang)。“十三五”期間,新(xin)華書(shu)店將“課(ke)前到(dao)書(shu)”作(zuo)為重要(yao)(yao)的(de)政(zheng)治(zhi)任務和社會責任,精心組織,精細操(cao)作(zuo),以長期積淀的(de)專(zhuan)業服務能力圓滿完(wan)成每季(ji)教(jiao)材的(de)征(zheng)訂發行工(gong)作(zuo)。

“課前到(dao)書(shu)”的(de)服務(wu)水平在(zai)“十三五”期間(jian)得到(dao)提(ti)升(sheng),安徽新華在(zai)這方面領全國風氣(qi)之(zhi)先。2014年秋季學(xue)期,安徽新華將教材配送從“送書(shu)到(dao)校”延伸到(dao)“分(fen)書(shu)到(dao)班”,2016年又(you)開始試(shi)點“服務(wu)到(dao)生”。在(zai)榜樣的(de)示范和帶動(dong)下,河南(nan)、河北(bei)、云南(nan)等地(di)的(de)新華書(shu)店,紛(fen)紛(fen)嘗試(shi)“分(fen)書(shu)到(dao)班”。

這5年(nian)中(zhong),有兩個特殊的年(nian)份值得銘記。2017年(nian)秋季學期,歷(li)經(jing)5年(nian)完成編(bian)審的統編(bian)三(san)(san)科(ke)教材正式(shi)啟用。由于三(san)(san)科(ke)教材編(bian)審、評議教輔重(zhong)新(xin)申報定價、印刷業減產限(xian)排(pai)等原因,這一(yi)年(nian)新(xin)華(hua)人(ren)“課前(qian)到書(shu)”的時(shi)間空前(qian)緊迫,工作(zuo)尤其艱苦。

2020年,新冠肺炎(yan)疫情來襲(xi),南方多(duo)地遭(zao)遇洪澇災害,教材(cai)教輔發運工作(zuo)形勢更加(jia)嚴峻。各地新華人兌現(xian)(xian)一份(fen)承諾,堅守一份(fen)初(chu)心,以堅實行(xing)動兌現(xian)(xian)“課(ke)前到書”錚錚誓言(yan)。

承(cheng)辦地方(fang)書展  推動(dong)全(quan)民閱讀

承(cheng)辦(ban)或(huo)協辦(ban)各種(zhong)書(shu)展,舉辦(ban)各種(zhong)文化活動,是“十(shi)三五”期間(jian)新(xin)華書(shu)店推(tui)動全民閱讀工作的一個重(zhong)要(yao)方面。

這些書(shu)展(zhan)大大推動(dong)了當(dang)地的(de)全民閱讀(du)(du)。如福建(jian)新華2016年承(cheng)辦的(de)第二屆(jie)“世界讀(du)(du)書(shu)日(ri)·海峽讀(du)(du)書(shu)節”,實現銷(xiao)售(shou)(shou)碼(ma)洋(yang)3530萬元,成為福州參展(zhan)規模最(zui)(zui)(zui)大、入場人(ren)次(ci)最(zui)(zui)(zui)多、銷(xiao)售(shou)(shou)收入最(zui)(zui)(zui)高、宣傳效果最(zui)(zui)(zui)好的(de)一次(ci)群眾性閱讀(du)(du)活(huo)動(dong)。再如2020河(he)北省惠民書(shu)市,在7天(tian)時間里,166家新華書(shu)店上(shang)下聯動(dong),發放260萬元優惠券,累計銷(xiao)售(shou)(shou)各(ge)類(lei)出(chu)版物41.17萬冊、1896萬元,讓(rang)利800萬元。

除了承辦當(dang)地(di)書(shu)(shu)(shu)展,各地(di)新(xin)華還(huan)組織策劃了豐富(fu)多樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)品(pin)牌閱(yue)讀(du)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動,形成一道道全(quan)民閱(yue)讀(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)亮麗風景線。歷(li)年的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)《報告書(shu)(shu)(shu)》對(dui)此進行了記錄。例如,新(xin)華書(shu)(shu)(shu)店總店的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“出版界圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)界全(quan)民閱(yue)讀(du)年會”“全(quan)國(guo)館(guan)社高層(ceng)論壇”“全(quan)國(guo)少兒閱(yue)讀(du)峰會”,江西新(xin)華的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“朗(lang)讀(du)者”“美麗中(zhong)國(guo)·精彩(cai)江西”等誦(song)讀(du)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動,已成品(pin)牌活(huo)(huo)(huo)動。海南新(xin)華開設的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)數十個“新(xin)時代經典傳習(xi)所(suo)”,搭建(jian)起新(xin)時代傳播新(xin)思想的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“新(xin)平(ping)臺、新(xin)陣地(di)、新(xin)機制”。內蒙古新(xin)華利用旗下發(fa)行網點,通過鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)(yan)(yan)傳書(shu)(shu)(shu)(文化扶貧活(huo)(huo)(huo)動)、鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)(yan)(yan)使者(草原文化志愿者活(huo)(huo)(huo)動)、鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)(yan)(yan)校園(場景閱(yue)讀(du)實踐課堂(tang))、鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)(yan)(yan)之(zhi)家(jia)(“學習(xi)強國(guo)”積分兌書(shu)(shu)(shu))、鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)(yan)(yan)誦(song)讀(du)(講(jiang)我的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)故事)和鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)(yan)(yan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)店(在你身邊的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)流動書(shu)(shu)(shu)房)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)式,推動“鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)(yan)(yan)悅讀(du)”深入全(quan)區(qu)各地(di)。

投(tou)入人力物力  助力精(jing)準(zhun)扶(fu)貧


2021年(nian)2月25日,習近平總書記(ji)(ji)在全(quan)國(guo)脫貧(pin)(pin)攻堅總結表(biao)彰大會上莊嚴宣告:我國(guo)脫貧(pin)(pin)攻堅戰取得了全(quan)面(mian)勝利!“十三五”期間,各地新華書店(dian)投入大量資金和物(wu)資,派出(chu)一(yi)線(xian)扶(fu)貧(pin)(pin)干(gan)部,通過開(kai)展產(chan)業幫(bang)扶(fu)、教育文化幫(bang)扶(fu)等方式(shi)幫(bang)助扶(fu)貧(pin)(pin)村脫貧(pin)(pin),在國(guo)家(jia)脫貧(pin)(pin)攻堅的時(shi)代畫(hua)卷上寫下(xia)了一(yi)筆。歷年(nian)的《報告書》記(ji)(ji)錄了這些(xie)數據。

2017年,甘(gan)肅新(xin)(xin)華(hua)、深圳(zhen)新(xin)(xin)華(hua)、重慶新(xin)(xin)華(hua)分(fen)別向對口幫扶村(cun)捐贈240萬元、220萬元、110萬元。河南新(xin)(xin)華(hua)云(yun)書網(wang)成立(li)扶貧團隊(dui),提供農副產品網(wang)上銷售(shou)服務,探索電商(shang)扶貧新(xin)(xin)模(mo)式。

2018年,江西新(xin)華對138個扶(fu)(fu)貧(pin)點開展幫扶(fu)(fu),累計捐(juan)(juan)贈約(yue)500萬元;湖南新(xin)華參與建設扶(fu)(fu)貧(pin)點上百個,派駐蹲點的人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)200多(duo)人(ren)(ren),對口扶(fu)(fu)貧(pin)人(ren)(ren)數達753人(ren)(ren);甘肅新(xin)華為扶(fu)(fu)貧(pin)村(cun)學校(xiao)援建圖書室折合人(ren)(ren)民幣267萬元,為貧(pin)困戶捐(juan)(juan)資捐(juan)(juan)物90多(duo)萬元;河北(bei)新(xin)華向貧(pin)困村(cun)派駐干部黨員(yuan)20余人(ren)(ren),為貧(pin)困地區捐(juan)(juan)贈物資共計232萬元。

2019年,山(shan)西新華118人(ren)駐(zhu)村(cun)幫扶(fu)、486人(ren)結對(dui)幫扶(fu),年投(tou)入(ru)(ru)資(zi)金千余萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan);內蒙古新華脫貧(pin)(pin)(pin)攻(gong)堅戰斗隊(dui)加入(ru)(ru)了12個貧(pin)(pin)(pin)困村(cun)的駐(zhu)村(cun)工作,投(tou)入(ru)(ru)資(zi)金、財物百(bai)余萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan);甘肅新華198人(ren)參與(yu)精準扶(fu)貧(pin)(pin)(pin),投(tou)入(ru)(ru)扶(fu)貧(pin)(pin)(pin)資(zi)金68萬(wan)(wan)余元(yuan)(yuan),為貧(pin)(pin)(pin)困地區捐(juan)錢(qian)、捐(juan)物、捐(juan)贈圖(tu)書超過360萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)。

對(dui)于援藏、援疆、援青的國家重點項目,新華書(shu)店更是高度重視(shi),落實到位。2018年(nian),新華書(shu)店總(zong)店派員參加青海扶貧(pin)工作,籌(chou)措資金(jin)500余萬元(yuan)(yuan),修建一(yi)(yi)條27公里(li)長(chang)的砂(sha)石路(lu)和一(yi)(yi)座44米長(chang)的涵橋;2017年(nian),江蘇新華對(dui)口(kou)援藏、援疆圖書(shu)近200萬元(yuan)(yuan);福建新華2017年(nian)捐贈(zeng)的1000萬元(yuan)(yuan)圖書(shu)中,相當一(yi)(yi)部分是對(dui)口(kou)支援西藏的;北京新華2017年(nian)捐贈(zeng)的91萬元(yuan)(yuan)圖書(shu)中,援藏占了相當比重。

門店升(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)改(gai)(gai)造(zao)持續進行。從歷年(nian)的(de)《報告(gao)書(shu)(shu)(shu)》可見,“十(shi)三五”期間,各地(di)新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)店繼續加大門店升(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)改(gai)(gai)造(zao)力度,為讀者提(ti)供綜(zong)(zong)合(he)性(xing)文(wen)(wen)化消費終(zhong)端體驗,使得新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)店以全新(xin)(xin)面貌出現在公眾面前。以2017年(nian)為例,廣(guang)東(dong)新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)、浙江新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)、山東(dong)新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)、湖南新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)升(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)改(gai)(gai)造(zao)書(shu)(shu)(shu)城(cheng)、門店的(de)數(shu)量分(fen)別為 73處、26處、23處、23處。浙江新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)2016年(nian)新(xin)(xin)開(kai)業(ye)了黃巖書(shu)(shu)(shu)城(cheng),全新(xin)(xin)改(gai)(gai)造(zao)升(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)麗水書(shu)(shu)(shu)城(cheng)、柯橋書(shu)(shu)(shu)城(cheng)、余杭文(wen)(wen)化廣(guang)場等(deng)設計感強、時尚潮流的(de)閱讀文(wen)(wen)化空間。福(fu)(fu)建(jian)新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)2016年(nian)完成(cheng)總(zong)部(bu)鰲峰坊書(shu)(shu)(shu)城(cheng)、福(fu)(fu)州(zhou)金山圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)城(cheng)等(deng)15家賣場的(de)新(xin)(xin)建(jian)或升(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)改(gai)(gai)造(zao)。江蘇新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)2017年(nian)全省網點同比上年(nian)增加376處,打(da)造(zao)了一批(pi)品種(zhong)齊全、業(ye)態豐富的(de)城(cheng)市文(wen)(wen)化綜(zong)(zong)合(he)體。天津(jin)新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)2019年(nian)完成(cheng)全部(bu)200個閱讀新(xin)(xin)空間建(jian)設,改(gai)(gai)造(zao)后(hou)的(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)店年(nian)銷售額提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)10%。
