履行職責使命 做好發行工作

“十三(san)五”期(qi)間(jian),新華(hua)書店(dian)積極發揮國有主渠道(dao)、主陣(zhen)地優勢(shi),承擔文(wen)化傳播使命,全力以(yi)赴做好重要文(wen)件文(wen)獻(xian)、重點主題(ti)出版物(wu)、優秀大眾(zhong)讀物(wu)等相關發行工作(zuo)。

這5年(nian)(nian)(nian)中(zhong),全(quan)國各地新華書店(dian)在門(men)店(dian)突(tu)出(chu)位置設立(li)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)柜(ju)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)架,開展(zhan)(zhan)重點出(chu)版物展(zhan)(zhan)示展(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)和宣傳征(zheng)訂(ding)活動,對讀者購書給(gei)予優惠,取得了顯著成效。2016年(nian)(nian)(nian),新華書店(dian)開展(zhan)(zhan)“習近(jin)平總書記系列重要(yao)講(jiang)話(hua)”“慶祝中(zhong)國共(gong)產黨成立(li)95周(zhou)(zhou)年(nian)(nian)(nian)”“紀(ji)念長征(zheng)勝利80周(zhou)(zhou)年(nian)(nian)(nian)”等主(zhu)題(ti)展(zhan)(zhan)示展(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)活動;2017年(nian)(nian)(nian),設立(li)黨的十九大文(wen)獻展(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)區(qu)、專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)臺、專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)架;2018年(nian)(nian)(nian),舉辦(ban)以“習近(jin)平新時代中(zhong)國特(te)色社會主(zhu)義思(si)想(xiang)”“馬(ma)克思(si)誕(dan)辰200周(zhou)(zhou)年(nian)(nian)(nian)”“改革(ge)開放40周(zhou)(zhou)年(nian)(nian)(nian)”等為(wei)主(zhu)題(ti)的專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)展(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)活動;2019年(nian)(nian)(nian),舉辦(ban)“慶祝新中(zhong)國成立(li)70周(zhou)(zhou)年(nian)(nian)(nian)”主(zhu)題(ti)出(chu)版物展(zhan)(zhan)。

“課前到書,人手一冊(ce)”是(shi)黨和國(guo)家對(dui)教(jiao)(jiao)材發行工(gong)作提出的要(yao)求,是(shi)中小學開展正常教(jiao)(jiao)育活(huo)動的基本保障。“十三(san)五”期間(jian),新華(hua)書店將“課前到書”作為重要(yao)的政(zheng)治(zhi)任務和社會責任,精心組織,精細操作,以(yi)長期積淀的專業服務能(neng)力(li)圓(yuan)滿完成每季教(jiao)(jiao)材的征訂發行工(gong)作。

“課前(qian)到書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)”的(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)水平(ping)在(zai)“十(shi)三五”期(qi)間(jian)得到提(ti)升,安(an)(an)徽新華在(zai)這方面領全國風氣之先。2014年秋季學期(qi),安(an)(an)徽新華將(jiang)教材配送從(cong)“送書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)到校”延伸到“分(fen)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)到班”,2016年又開始試(shi)(shi)點“服(fu)(fu)務(wu)到生”。在(zai)榜樣的(de)示范和帶動下,河(he)南、河(he)北、云南等地的(de)新華書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)店,紛紛嘗試(shi)(shi)“分(fen)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)到班”。

這5年(nian)(nian)中,有兩個特(te)殊的年(nian)(nian)份值得(de)銘記(ji)。2017年(nian)(nian)秋季學(xue)期(qi),歷經5年(nian)(nian)完成(cheng)編(bian)審(shen)的統編(bian)三科教(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)正式啟用。由于三科教(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)編(bian)審(shen)、評議教(jiao)(jiao)輔重新(xin)(xin)申報定(ding)價、印刷業減產限排(pai)等原因,這一年(nian)(nian)新(xin)(xin)華人(ren)“課前到書”的時間空前緊迫(po),工(gong)作尤其(qi)艱苦(ku)。

2020年,新冠(guan)肺炎(yan)疫(yi)情來(lai)襲,南方多(duo)地遭(zao)遇洪澇災害,教(jiao)材教(jiao)輔發運工作(zuo)形勢更加(jia)嚴峻。各地新華人兌現(xian)一份承(cheng)諾(nuo),堅守一份初心(xin),以堅實行(xing)動兌現(xian)“課(ke)前到(dao)書”錚錚誓言。

承辦(ban)地方書展  推動全(quan)民閱(yue)讀

承辦(ban)或協辦(ban)各(ge)種書(shu)展(zhan),舉辦(ban)各(ge)種文(wen)化活動,是“十三五”期間新華書(shu)店推動全民閱(yue)讀工作的(de)一個重要方(fang)面。

這(zhe)些書(shu)展大大推動(dong)了當地的(de)(de)全民(min)閱(yue)讀。如福建新(xin)華2016年承辦的(de)(de)第(di)二屆“世界讀書(shu)日·海峽讀書(shu)節”,實現銷售碼洋3530萬元,成為福州參展規模(mo)最大、入場人次最多、銷售收入最高、宣傳效果最好的(de)(de)一次群眾性閱(yue)讀活動(dong)。再(zai)如2020河北(bei)省惠(hui)民(min)書(shu)市(shi),在7天時間(jian)里(li),166家(jia)新(xin)華書(shu)店上下聯動(dong),發放260萬元優(you)惠(hui)券,累計銷售各類出版物41.17萬冊、1896萬元,讓利800萬元。

除(chu)了(le)(le)承(cheng)辦當地(di)書(shu)展,各(ge)地(di)新華(hua)還組織策(ce)劃了(le)(le)豐富多樣的(de)(de)品牌閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)活動(dong)(dong)(dong),形成一道道全民閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)的(de)(de)亮麗風景(jing)線。歷(li)年的(de)(de)《報告(gao)書(shu)》對(dui)此進(jin)行了(le)(le)記錄。例如,新華(hua)書(shu)店(dian)總店(dian)的(de)(de)“出(chu)版界(jie)圖書(shu)館界(jie)全民閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)年會”“全國館社高層(ceng)論壇”“全國少兒閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)峰會”,江(jiang)西(xi)新華(hua)的(de)(de)“朗讀(du)者”“美麗中(zhong)國·精彩江(jiang)西(xi)”等誦讀(du)活動(dong)(dong)(dong),已成品牌活動(dong)(dong)(dong)。海南新華(hua)開設的(de)(de)數十個“新時代(dai)經典傳習所(suo)”,搭(da)建起新時代(dai)傳播新思想的(de)(de)“新平臺、新陣(zhen)地(di)、新機制”。內蒙古新華(hua)利(li)用(yong)旗下發(fa)行網(wang)點,通過鴻雁(yan)(yan)傳書(shu)(文(wen)化(hua)(hua)扶貧(pin)活動(dong)(dong)(dong))、鴻雁(yan)(yan)使者(草原文(wen)化(hua)(hua)志愿(yuan)者活動(dong)(dong)(dong))、鴻雁(yan)(yan)校園(場景(jing)閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)實踐課堂)、鴻雁(yan)(yan)之家(jia)(“學習強(qiang)國”積分兌書(shu))、鴻雁(yan)(yan)誦讀(du)(講我(wo)的(de)(de)故事)和鴻雁(yan)(yan)書(shu)店(dian)(在(zai)你身邊的(de)(de)流動(dong)(dong)(dong)書(shu)房(fang))的(de)(de)方式(shi),推(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)“鴻雁(yan)(yan)悅讀(du)”深入全區各(ge)地(di)。

投入人(ren)力物力  助(zhu)力精準扶貧


2021年2月25日,習近平(ping)總(zong)書記在(zai)全(quan)國(guo)脫貧攻(gong)堅總(zong)結(jie)表(biao)彰大會上莊(zhuang)嚴宣告:我國(guo)脫貧攻(gong)堅戰(zhan)取得了(le)全(quan)面勝(sheng)利!“十三(san)五”期間,各地新華書店(dian)投入大量(liang)資(zi)金和物資(zi),派出一線扶貧干部,通過開展產業(ye)幫扶、教育文化(hua)幫扶等方式幫助扶貧村脫貧,在(zai)國(guo)家脫貧攻(gong)堅的時代畫(hua)卷上寫下(xia)了(le)一筆。歷年的《報(bao)告書》記錄了(le)這些數(shu)據。

2017年,甘肅新(xin)(xin)華、深圳新(xin)(xin)華、重慶新(xin)(xin)華分別向對口幫扶(fu)村捐贈240萬元(yuan)、220萬元(yuan)、110萬元(yuan)。河南(nan)新(xin)(xin)華云書網成立扶(fu)貧團隊,提供農副產(chan)品網上銷售服務,探(tan)索電商(shang)扶(fu)貧新(xin)(xin)模式。

2018年,江(jiang)西新(xin)華(hua)(hua)對138個扶(fu)貧(pin)點(dian)開展(zhan)幫扶(fu),累計(ji)捐贈(zeng)約500萬(wan)元(yuan);湖南新(xin)華(hua)(hua)參與建(jian)設扶(fu)貧(pin)點(dian)上百(bai)個,派駐(zhu)蹲點(dian)的(de)人員200多(duo)人,對口扶(fu)貧(pin)人數達753人;甘肅新(xin)華(hua)(hua)為(wei)扶(fu)貧(pin)村學(xue)校援建(jian)圖書室折合人民幣267萬(wan)元(yuan),為(wei)貧(pin)困(kun)戶捐資捐物(wu)90多(duo)萬(wan)元(yuan);河(he)北新(xin)華(hua)(hua)向貧(pin)困(kun)村派駐(zhu)干部黨員20余人,為(wei)貧(pin)困(kun)地區(qu)捐贈(zeng)物(wu)資共計(ji)232萬(wan)元(yuan)。

2019年,山(shan)西新(xin)華118人駐(zhu)村幫(bang)(bang)扶(fu)(fu)、486人結對幫(bang)(bang)扶(fu)(fu),年投入資金(jin)千余(yu)萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan);內蒙古新(xin)華脫貧(pin)攻堅戰斗隊加入了12個貧(pin)困村的駐(zhu)村工作,投入資金(jin)、財物百余(yu)萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan);甘肅(su)新(xin)華198人參與精準扶(fu)(fu)貧(pin),投入扶(fu)(fu)貧(pin)資金(jin)68萬(wan)余(yu)元(yuan)(yuan),為貧(pin)困地區捐(juan)(juan)錢(qian)、捐(juan)(juan)物、捐(juan)(juan)贈圖書(shu)超(chao)過360萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)。

對(dui)于援藏(zang)、援疆、援青的(de)國(guo)家重點項目,新(xin)華(hua)(hua)書店(dian)更是高度重視,落(luo)實到位。2018年,新(xin)華(hua)(hua)書店(dian)總(zong)店(dian)派員(yuan)參加青海扶貧工(gong)作,籌措資金(jin)500余萬元(yuan),修建一條27公(gong)里長(chang)的(de)砂石路和一座44米長(chang)的(de)涵橋;2017年,江蘇新(xin)華(hua)(hua)對(dui)口援藏(zang)、援疆圖書近(jin)200萬元(yuan);福建新(xin)華(hua)(hua)2017年捐(juan)贈的(de)1000萬元(yuan)圖書中,相(xiang)當(dang)一部分是對(dui)口支(zhi)援西藏(zang)的(de);北京新(xin)華(hua)(hua)2017年捐(juan)贈的(de)91萬元(yuan)圖書中,援藏(zang)占了相(xiang)當(dang)比重。

“十三五”新華系實體書店發展(zhan)六(liu)大風(feng)標

“十(shi)(shi)三五(wu)(wu)”期間(jian),在中(zhong)(zhong)宣部等(deng)(deng)11部委《關(guan)于支持(chi)實(shi)體書(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)發(fa)展(zhan)的指導意見》等(deng)(deng)利好(hao)政策推動(dong)下,實(shi)體書(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)得到(dao)快速發(fa)展(zhan)。根據中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)新(xin)(xin)華書(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)協會發(fa)布的2016年—2019年《中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)新(xin)(xin)華書(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)社會責任(ren)報(bao)告書(shu)(shu)》(以下簡稱(cheng)《報(bao)告書(shu)(shu)》),以及(ji)《中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)新(xin)(xin)聞出(chu)版廣電報(bao)》記者近(jin)年來對行(xing)業的觀(guan)察,我們梳理和(he)盤點(dian)出(chu)“十(shi)(shi)三五(wu)(wu)”期間(jian)新(xin)(xin)華系(xi)實(shi)體書(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)發(fa)展(zhan)的六大(da)(da)(da)風標。從(cong)中(zhong)(zhong)可(ke)見,“十(shi)(shi)三五(wu)(wu)”期間(jian),各地新(xin)(xin)華書(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)分別從(cong)大(da)(da)(da)書(shu)(shu)城(cheng)、標志性門(men)店(dian)(dian)、特(te)色(se)書(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)、社區網點(dian)等(deng)(deng)多層(ceng)面進行(xing)規劃,形成“大(da)(da)(da)中(zhong)(zhong)小特(te)”書(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)并(bing)舉的圖書(shu)(shu)發(fa)行(xing)體系(xi),創新(xin)(xin)了實(shi)體書(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)的發(fa)展(zhan)之路(lu)。

門店升(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)改(gai)造持續進行。從(cong)歷年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)《報(bao)告(gao)書(shu)(shu)》可見,“十(shi)三五”期間,各地新(xin)(xin)華書(shu)(shu)店繼續加(jia)大門店升(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)改(gai)造力度(du),為(wei)讀者(zhe)提供(gong)綜(zong)合性(xing)文化消費終端體驗,使(shi)得新(xin)(xin)華書(shu)(shu)店以全(quan)新(xin)(xin)面貌(mao)出現(xian)在公(gong)眾面前(qian)。以2017年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)為(wei)例,廣(guang)東(dong)新(xin)(xin)華、浙(zhe)江新(xin)(xin)華、山東(dong)新(xin)(xin)華、湖南新(xin)(xin)華升(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)改(gai)造書(shu)(shu)城、門店的(de)(de)數(shu)量(liang)分別(bie)為(wei) 73處(chu)(chu)、26處(chu)(chu)、23處(chu)(chu)、23處(chu)(chu)。浙(zhe)江新(xin)(xin)華2016年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)新(xin)(xin)開業了(le)黃巖書(shu)(shu)城,全(quan)新(xin)(xin)改(gai)造升(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)麗水(shui)書(shu)(shu)城、柯橋書(shu)(shu)城、余杭文化廣(guang)場(chang)等設(she)計感強(qiang)、時尚潮(chao)流的(de)(de)閱(yue)讀文化空(kong)(kong)間。福(fu)建新(xin)(xin)華2016年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)完成總部(bu)鰲峰(feng)坊書(shu)(shu)城、福(fu)州金山圖書(shu)(shu)城等15家(jia)賣場(chang)的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)建或升(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)改(gai)造。江蘇新(xin)(xin)華2017年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)全(quan)省(sheng)網點同比(bi)上年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)增加(jia)376處(chu)(chu),打造了(le)一批品種齊全(quan)、業態豐富的(de)(de)城市文化綜(zong)合體。天津新(xin)(xin)華2019年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)完成全(quan)部(bu)200個(ge)閱(yue)讀新(xin)(xin)空(kong)(kong)間建設(she),改(gai)造后(hou)的(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)店年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)銷售額提升(sheng)(sheng)10%。

24小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)書(shu)(shu)店(dian)建設(she)成(cheng)風(feng)潮。從(cong)(cong)2014年北京三聯韜(tao)奮書(shu)(shu)店(dian)運行24小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)不打烊之(zhi)后,全國(guo)各(ge)地掀起24小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)書(shu)(shu)店(dian)的(de)建設(she)風(feng)潮,從(cong)(cong)當(dang)年一(yi)直(zhi)延續到“十三五”時(shi)(shi)期。這其(qi)中不少是新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)店(dian)創辦的(de),如遼(liao)寧盤錦新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)深(shen)柳讀書(shu)(shu)堂、杭州新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)悅覽樹(shu)、青島新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)明閱(yue)島、湖北新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)九丘書(shu)(shu)館、安徽新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)三孝口書(shu)(shu)店(dian)、四川新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)軒(xuan)客會(hui)鏜鈀街店(dian)等。這些24小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)書(shu)(shu)店(dian)成(cheng)為夜(ye)幕降臨后當(dang)地不可(ke)多得的(de)公共閱(yue)讀空間,也(ye)以一(yi)種地標式的(de)存在彰顯著一(yi)個城市(shi)的(de)文化底(di)蘊。新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)系(xi)24小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)書(shu)(shu)店(dian)的(de)建設(she)數(shu)量,從(cong)(cong)歷(li)年《報告書(shu)(shu)》可(ke)見一(yi)斑:2013年—2015年,全國(guo)新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)系(xi)統開(kai)設(she)24小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)書(shu)(shu)店(dian)20余家;2016年,僅江(jiang)蘇新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)就(jiu)開(kai)設(she)6家24小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)書(shu)(shu)店(dian);2017年,新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)系(xi)的(de)24小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)書(shu)(shu)店(dian)新(xin)增13家。
